VPN Business Pricing

Every VPN business is scoped differently, so we quote rather than publish a price list. This page explains exactly what moves the number, so you can work out roughly where your project sits before you contact us.

How we quote

Three ways people come to us

These are not price tiers. They are the three shapes of project we are usually asked for, and each one is quoted on its own scope.

Panel & one platform

The smallest sensible launch: an admin panel plus one branded application, usually Android. Enough to take real customers and start earning while you decide what to add.

  • VPN admin panel
  • One branded app
  • Your servers added and grouped
  • Packages and expiry rules

Multi-platform launch

The common choice. Panel plus several branded apps so your customers can use your service on the devices they already own, with a reseller layer if you sell through partners.

  • VPN admin panel
  • Several branded platforms
  • Reseller structure
  • Server groups and packages

Complete VPN business

Everything as one project: panel, apps, servers, resellers, website and billing integration, delivered together with handover and launch support.

  • Everything in a multi-platform launch
  • Website and billing connected
  • WHMCS or similar provisioning
  • Handover, documentation and launch support

We do not publish prices, package names with numbers attached, or “from” figures. You get a written quote for the scope you describe, and the scope is written down before the price is.

What moves the price

Six things decide what your project costs

Read this before you ask for a quote and you will get a much more accurate one.

The factors that change project scope, and how to think about each one.
Factor What changes How to reduce it
Platforms Each platform is a separate build, a separate release process and separate testing. This is usually the single biggest factor. Launch with the platform your customers actually use and add others once you have revenue.
Branding Applying a brand you already have is quick. Designing an identity, an icon set and store assets from nothing is a project of its own. Arrive with a logo, a colour palette and a name you have already decided on.
Panel requirements A standard configuration is far quicker than one with unusual package rules, custom reporting or bespoke reseller hierarchies. Start with standard behaviour and change it later once you know what you actually need.
Integrations Connecting billing, a website, an existing customer database or internal tools each adds scope and testing. Automate billing first; it repays the effort fastest. Leave the rest until volume justifies it.
Servers Adding a small number of servers is quick. Planning a large estate, migrating existing infrastructure or unusual server types takes longer. Launch with a short list of good locations and expand on customer demand.
Custom development Anything genuinely new — a feature the platform does not have — is quoted as development work, separately and explicitly. Separate what you need at launch from what you want eventually.
Your other costs

What you will pay to people who are not us

A quote from us is not the whole budget for a VPN business, and it would be misleading to let you think otherwise. These are paid to your own suppliers, in your own name.

  • VPN servers — the main recurring cost, and it scales with your customers
  • Hosting for your website and admin panel
  • A domain name
  • Developer accounts where you publish through app stores
  • A code signing certificate if you distribute desktop software
  • Payment processing fees on every transaction
  • Marketing, which is usually larger than all of the above

Getting a quote

Four steps, no sales sequence

  1. Tell us what you want to build

Platforms, panel requirements, integrations and roughly when you want to launch. The contact form asks for exactly this.

  2. We ask what is missing

Usually a short exchange to clear up the two or three things that materially change the scope.

  3. You get a written scope and price

What is included, what is not, what you need to provide, and a realistic timeline.

  4. You decide

No pressure, no expiring discounts, no follow-up sequence. If the timing is wrong, tell us and we will leave it with you.
